I cannot begin to thank either of you enough for your tremendous help with our client conference. As you both know, I have never attended the FNC conference, nor have I ever planned a conference. I could NOT have done it without you…and you both kept me sane throughout the entire ordeal. I sincerely apologize for the countless changes (sigh) and last-minute requests from the powers that be, and I sincerely appreciate your patience and professionalism when faced with outrageous demands and situations. You swooped in time and time again to make everything run smoothly and to give our clients the most amazing experience they’ve ever had. No one wanted to leave at midnight, and from what I hear, the party extended until the wee hours of the morning in the hotel bar and on the beach. Fantastic fun! Not only was your service prompt, you have made the whole process very smooth.  Our last minute request of airport pick up transportation for 20 people was one the services that impressed me the most.  Ali and Susan were at the airport waiting for us when we arrived and the efforts they put to get one passenger that was coming through another airline was superb.  All the transportation services and appointments for the SPA and GOLF was very detailed and well arranged.  I would like to say a big thank you to you and your company for the services provided.  Dora Rodriguez, BASF
